[Mari Credit Card] What should I do if I encounter an issue using Mari Credit Card during checkout?

You can refer to these troubleshooting steps should you be unable to use your Mari Credit Card and/or apply Mari Credit Card Instant Checkout as a payment method on Shopee when making purchases.

 

On your MariBank app, please also check that you have activated Online & In-App Payments under Payment Controls.

 

⚠️Note:

  • Do ensure that you have sufficient credit limit in your Mari Credit Card. You will not be able to make any further transactions on your Mari Credit Card once you have reached your maximum credit limit. If you have reached your maximum credit limit, log in to your MariBank app and repay any outstanding amount due.

 

For optimal experience, do also ensure that you are using the latest version of the Shopee App and have a stable internet connection.
